Dr. Darren Topham MD, CCFP
Medical Director
Dr. Darren Topham studied medicine at the University of Calgary, receiving his Medical Degree in 1991. Dr. Topham developed a keen interest in understanding the connection between integrative and functional medicine and their effect on living a healthier and more fulfilling life. Over his career, Dr. Topham has worked to become one of the top practicing Integrative and Functional Medical Doctors in Calgary.
As the Medical Doctor of Britannia Dermedics, Dr. Topham's expertise and unmatched passion for multi-disciplinary health care services, find him continuously researching new techniques - in both anti-aging procedures and disease prevention - to improve one's physical and emotional well-being, resulting in a healthier life for all clients he works with. Lisa Menzies, RN BHScn,

Bringing 22 years experience as a Registered Nurse and 7 years as an Injector with training from Allergan and other qualified physicians, it is clear that Lisa Menzies has devoted her career to providing the highest level of care to others. Considered to be one of the top injectors in Canada, Lisa is seen as a highly respected Injector in the medical aesthetic industry. So much so, that she has had the privilege of being invited to the FACE Conference, sponsoredby BOTOX and Juvéderm Cosmetics, 6 years in a row. This invitation is a high prestige as only Canada's top medical aesthetic nurse injectors receive invitation to attend.
A true specialist in BOTOX and Dermal Fillers, Lisa's experience and attention to detail have provided Britannia Dermedics' clients with natural looking results, while maintaining the uniqueness of their individual face. Lisa dedicates herself to providing her patients with a comfortable and pleasant experience that leaves them with a renewed sense of self.
Additionally, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with Juvéderm VOLUMA, providing optimal results for our clients looking for facial contouring, along with a highly advanced injecting skill of injecting dermal filler into clients' "tear troughs" to add volume under the eye, resulting in a more youthful appearance.

Megan McCully, Certified Laser Technician, Medical Aesthetician
Since 2003, Megan McCully has devoted her career to helping individuals achieve the results they want with laser skin treatments and medical aesthetician procedures. As Britannia Dermedics' Laser Technician and Medical Aesthetician, Megan brings extensive experience in dermatology and cosmetic rejuvenation, working with plastic surgeons and medical aesthetic clinics. Under the guidance of a plastic surgeon, Megan was certified in 2005 on the Cutera Platform Laser, used here at Britannia Dermedics. Specializing in laser skin treatments (i.e. IPL Photorejuvenation, Laser Genesis, Pearl Resurfacing, Titan Skin Tightening, and Laser HairRemoval), Megan takes the time to thoroughly understand her clients' needs and concerns before recommending a laser treatment for them. Also specializing in vein treatments, Megan attended the 2010 New York Vascular and Rejuvenation Conference, led by the internationally recognized Dermatologist and Vascular Surgeon, Antonio Campo. At this conference, she was educated and certified to treat a wide range of vein problems and concerns.
As an active member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS), Megan continues to further educate and train herself in conferences (i.e. 2008 ASLMS Conference in Irvine, California) and courses to provide the highest quality care and attention to detail to Britannia Dermedics' clients.

Cathy Topham, Administrative Director
As Administrative Director of Britannia Dermedics, Cathy's primary concern is ensuring an optimal experience for all our patients. By ensuring that the "behind-the-scenes" administrative work is completed in a highly organized fashion, Cathy is able to provide a safe and caring atmosphere for clients to enjoy. She understands that while Britannia Dermedics' procedures work on the outside of our body, it is the inside of our clients that are truly being renewed.
Bringing years of experience as a business owner and administrative manager in the healthcare industry, Cathy has first-class skills in understanding what is required to efficiently run a high-functioning medical office, as well as serving as a liaison between doctor, medical teams, and patients. As such, Cathy plays a key role in defining what it means to provide superior quality of care to our clients, and makes certain that this definition is upheld by the entire Britannia Dermedics team.
