Dr. Topham is the founder of Synthesis Proactive Medicine Inc. - developed from a personalized, proactive healthcare approach that incorporates traditional, functional, and natural medicines to assess and treat underlying causes of illness and provide optimal overall health. As the Medical Director of Britannia Dermedics, Dr. Topham not only offers his patients the chance to create a new level of health and vitality, but also the anti-aging treatments and benefits of advanced medical aesthetic including BOTOX, Juvéderm, Restylane, and lip/facial enhancements.

Dr. Jansen Van Rensburg is an expert in, and passionate about medical aesthetic procedures with a special interest in medical dermatology and weight management. Dr. Jansen Van Rensburg's extensive background in medical aesthetics includes a position as Training Physician for IAPAM (International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine).
Dr. Jansen Van Rensburg is currently the only nationwide Trainer and Medical Advisor in the use of the "Injectable Thread Lift™" technique, and is one of a few select physicians in Alberta who are trained to perform this procedure. The Injectable Thread Lift™ technique is a patented, master-level procedure which uses an "arcing" method to administer dermal fillers to add volume and lift to the aging face. Ideal for those with loose, sagging skin or thick folds, Dr. Jansen Van Rensburg uses this technique expertly to literally lift the facial skin and provide amazing results using fewer injections and the same amount of product as traditional methods.

Specializing in BOTOX and Dermal Fillers, Lisa's priorities are to provide her patients with a comfortable and pleasant experience that produces optimal results. Considered to be one of the top injectors, Lisa is very well respected in the industry and has had the privilege of being invited to the FACE conference 4 years in a row - sponsored by BOTOX and Juvéderm Cosmetics, only Canada's top medical aesthetics nurse injectors receive an invitation to attend. Lisa's background in the healthcare industry is extensive with 22 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, and 5 years of injecting experience with training from Allergan and qualified physicians. She also has experience with the new Juvéderm VOLUMA for facial contouring, and brings a new service to Britannia Dermedics with her skills in injecting dermal filler into "tear troughs" - a treatment that adds volume under the eye, resulting in a more youthful appearance. Her experience and attention to detail ensures natural looking results for her clients while maintaining the uniqueness of each individual.
Rebecca Anderson, Laser Technician
Rebecca is our certified Laser Technician specializing in skin rejuvenation, hair removal and vein treatments. A graduate from the International Academy of Aesthetics and certified on the Cutera Laser platform, Rebecca administers all laser treatments and is the primary skin care consultant at Britannia Dermedics. Rebecca's positive nature and experience with skin care and consultations enable her to work effectively with her clients to identify their individual needs and develop a comprehensive skin care regimen.
Susan Bullard, Patient Coordinator
Susan's main role as Patient Coordinator at Britannia Dermedics is to interact with clients before and after each treatment, ensuring that the client is informed and comfortable at every step of the way. Susan is passionate about the success of Britannia Dermedics — keeping the facility and its treatments on the cutting-edge of new technology. Susan's passion translates into an assurance to the client that they will receive only the highest quality of service, from a knowledgeable and caring staff.

Cathy Topham, Director
As Director and Co-owner of Britannia Dermedics, Cathy's primary concern is optimal care for all patients. Cathy's years of experience as a business owner and administrative manager in the healthcare industry afford her the skills and knowledge to oversee the daily functioning of the office and serve as a liaison between doctor, medical team and patient. Cathy plays a key role in maintaining the superior quality of care provided by the Britannia Dermedics team.
